Francisco served as Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District and prosecuted thousands of cases including First Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and DUIs. He has tried over 57 jury trials as a prosecutor. Francisco also practiced workers’ compensation defense for carriers and self-insured employers. As a result, he has a unique perspective on the strategies and mindset of insurance carriers.

Francisco is a native of New Mexico and received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He went on to study law at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. During his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and being outdoors.
